What We Will Do Together:

  • Step 1: Raise a return/ replacement request within 48 hours from the date of delivery, if you’ve received missing/wrong/expired/damaged product(s).

  • Step 2 – Compulsory unboxing video is required to verify any damage claim.-Claims must be raised within 48 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in the rejection of the Claim.
  • Step 3 – Allow us 2 working days to review your return request. However, we will try our best to address your concern on the same day.
  • Step 4 – After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you.
  • Step 5 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.
  • Step 6 – Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of receiving the returned products.
  • Step 7 – Return will be processed within 4-5 working days.

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
  • Incomplete order – missing products

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

  • Opened/ used/ altered products.
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, original invoice, etc.) missing.
  • The wrong/damaged/missing/expired product is reported after 48 hours from the date of delivery.
  • Damages due to the user’s mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.

Cancellation policy

An order can be cancelled only if has not been shipped yet. In case you change your mind, you can cancel the product within 2 hrs of order placement. You can send us an email on lakecareindia@gmail.com  with reasons of cancellation or call us at +91 7300373019 (Mon – Sat: 10 am to 6 PM), and we will help you in cancelling the order.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 24 hrs to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same by email.

In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse (Applicable only in the case where you have raised the cancelation request within 2 hours of order placement)

Note: Any single product in the kit/set cannot be replaced or returned.
